On the JAM website, you have the ability to enable 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) as a way to increase your account security. Enabling this feature is an additional step of verification, usually done through the Authy app (on a mobile device).

In order to enable 2FA, you can head over to your profile page after logging into your profile. Once you are there, you can go to the "Profile Info" tab and find the 2FA button. There will be a QR code available that you can "scan" using your mobile device's camera, and it will take you to a page to download the app that will generate one-time passwords for you.

In the event that you've lost access to your authentication app and need assistance recovering access to it, you will have to disable the 2FA application's process to get into your JAM account. When you are on the screen to enter your 6 digit code during login there is a help link that you can click to find full instructions on how to recover access to your account.

Furthermore, if you decide to reset your JAM profile password (via email), this will also disable 2FA.

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with Authy or any other authentication apps that you may choose to use. However, you can disable 2FA on your account during the login process, or with a password reset, granting you access to your JAM account.
