You are officially registered once you have paid for a program with JAM. Woo! 

But now what?

From the moment you register until your program start date, it might be a few weeks, months, or days before playing in the league or event.

You may not hear from us for a while, especially if you're an early bird, but that's good news! This means our team is working to get your teams and schedules ready to go before the season begins. You may, however, hear from us if we are not able to accommodate you. 

If you are a team captain, please log onto your profile and send out invitations for teammates to accept and officially be added to your team roster. If you have previously played with them, you can simply add them over from a previous season.

Our team is committed to providing schedules and team information up to 48 hours in advance of the first game, at the latest. If it is past that time (i.e. you may have just registered for a program starting on the same day and not heard anything yet), please feel free to email us at info@jamsports.com and we will do our best to add you to a team/schedule before the first game.
