Why Does My Profile Say That My Individual Registration Does Not Have Team Details?

Once you have registered as an individual and paid for your sport(s), your team information will appear in your profile as "Details Coming Soon". Your profile will remain as such until JAM assigns you to a team and posts your schedule.

If it turns out that we were unable to accommodate the registration, you will be emailed suggesting alternative arrangements. If you do not hear from JAM, that means we are assembling your team and creating the schedule. Once completed, we will let you know!

All team details are provided with at least 48 hours of notice.
